General

-Please be accurate and concise with your commission information. Don't forget to provide refrences
-Payment through Paypal
-Commission wait time is 2 weeks-1 month, if you have an urgent order, be prepared to pay +50% on top of normal price
-The size of art you are receiving is the original size. For emotes I use 400x400 pixels, 1000x1000 alerts/panels
-Prices are subject to change
-I have the right to refuse any commission
-Feel free to ask about your commission progress anytime. I will always do my best to communicate and complete your commission as soon as I can, but please be patient and do not rush me so I can provide quality artwork for you

Payment

-All prices are only USD
-Payment is made only after I accept your commission and must be made in FULL before I start the commission. There will not be any refund after I have started working on your commission. However, if I have no opportunity to complete the commission- a full refund will be given to the customer

Copyright/Usage Policy

-Do not edit, copy, or trace my work without my permission
-Do not resell or redistribute my work
-Please credit me when you use my work on Twitch, Discord, or anywhere else by leaving a link to my twitter (@utsubear)

Commission Process

When payment is ready, I can start with your order depending on my waiting list
You will receive the sketches of your order and can make changes here.
When sketches are approve, I will continue with the basic coloring
You will receive basic coloring of your order and can make changes here, but not changes to the structure of the drawing.
Delivery time depends on workload but usually 1-3 weeks once I start on your order.

Set of 10- $170Rush fee is extra +$10 per emote. At least 1 week for less than 5 emotes, 2 weeks for more
